The Irving Park Rd bridge is getting a facelift! CDOT will be widening the bridge to the full width of the road and adding a mixed-use underpass that will connect Horner Park and California Park.
The contractor plans on beginning tree removals in Horner Park on 3/22 and path removals the week of 3/25.
